Construcap’s Intern and Trainee Program seeks to help school leavers with a high development potential to build a solid career and take strategic positions within the company by working in a challenging environment. The
Program is divided into two phases:
Intern Program: Interns will be trained on Construcap’s culture and work method focused on the company’s major business areas.
Trainee Program: With hands-on career development, trainees will be working on the final end of the work process and will experience some challenging opportunities in line with the business objectives. Each trainee will have a mentor available to them for guidance and to help them reflect on their career and other issues related to their professional growth.
Prerequisites:
- Undergraduate students attending the last year of their studies to be completed in December every year;
- The selection process takes place between April and May (registration for the Program through Construcap website);
- Must be available to work anywhere in Brazil.
